Tom Vezo is a professional wildlife and nature photographer and has spent over 20 years photographing what he loves. He has won many awards for his photography and works with Arizona Highways, National Geographic, Audubon and many other prominent publications. His work is represented by the most prestigious stock photo agent in the world, Minden Pictures. He has led many photo tours throughout the globe, teaching the techniques of nature photography in the field.
He has three books to his credit and is known as one of the top bird photographers in the United States. His most recent book is called “Wings of Spring” Courtship, Nesting & Fledging published by Stackpole Books and written by Chuck Hagner the editor of Birder’s World magazine. It won the 2006 National Outdoor Book award in the category of Design and Artistic Merit. He is also an excellent landscape photographer and likes to incorporate the feeling of a “sense of place” into his wildlife images.
