Your Knowledge
of Digital
Located below the craggy peaks of the Grand Tetons, Jackson
Hole, Wyoming is an area of endless photographic possibilities.
The lakes cradled within the valley floor capture perfect
reflections of the surrounding mountains, which tower 11,000
feet above. This wilderness valley shelters snow-fed waterfalls,
abundant wildlife, wildflower-covered meadows and breathtakingly
beautiful landscapes everywhere you look.
Throughout our stay, participants will have access to Nikon's
latest digital cameras. These camera bodies can take your
entire range of Nikon AF lenses and there will also be plenty
of other Nikon lenses on hand with which to experiment. Nikon’s
expert instructor will provide personal instruction in the
field on how to use the cameras. Friends of Arizona Highways
professionals will handle all the logistics and make sure
you get to the best locations at the right times in order
to capture the ultimate images of the animals, wildflowers
and landscapes in this spectacular area. When we are not out
in the field, we will make good use of the ‘off-light’
times to learn the details of downloading, enhancing via Photoshop
and printing our best images. You will leave the workshop
with special images and memories, ready to move to the next
level as a digital photographer.
Please note:BASIC COMPUTER EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
