Day One
- The workshop begins at noon with lunch in the Jackson
Lake Lodge's spectacular Mural Room.
- Orientation and distribution of cameras and lenses begins
at 2pm.
- Trial shoot near the Lodge to demonstrate the cameras.
- Sunset shoot at the beaver ponds near the Lodge, or other
appropriate location.
Day Two
- Sunrise shoot near Oxbow Bend.
- Breakfast on your own.
- Midday will be spent in the computer lab, learning to
load, manipulate and print images.
- Lunch will be provided every day, but other meals are
your responsibility. The group may still eat together, and
your escort will try to coordinate these outings.
- The instructor and escort will find an appropriate location
for the group to shoot sunset. Those wishing to travel to
a different location are free to do so, but should inform
the escort of their intention to leave the group.
Day Three
- Sunrise at Schwabacher Landing.
- More computer-lab work at midday.
- Appropriate locations for sunset might include a return
to Oxbow Bend, or a shoot somewhere along the Snake River
or at Jenny Lake.
Day Four
- Sunrise at String Lake gives us a chance to see the Tetons
reflected in its cool surface.
- Classroom in afternoon, with lunch.
- Review and critique of everyone's best images.
- Farewell group dinner.
Day Five
- Final sunrise session at the Mormon barns.
- Turn in gear and put images on discs.
- Workshop ends by check-out time.

GETTING THERE: Participants may drive or fly into Jackson Hole, WY. There is a shuttle from the airport to the Jackson Lake Lodge that costs approximately $50. Transportation is not included in the cost of this workshop.
