Day One

• 8:00 Depart from prearranged location in Phoenix area
• Noon Stop for lunch in Show Low
• 3:00 Check-in Hannagan Meadow Lodge, afternoon shooting in the meadow
• 6:00 Dinner at Hannagan Meadow Lodge dining room
• 7:30 Slide presentation/photo discussion (in dining room or cabin)

Day Two

• 5:00 Depart for morning shoot locations (continental breakfast/coffee on the bus)
• Noon Lunch at Hannagan Meadow Lodge dining room
• 1:30 Critiques (in dining room or cabin)
• 3:30 Depart for afternoon/evening shoot locations
• 7:30 Dinner at Bear Wallow Cafe

Day Three

• 5:00 Depart for morning shoot locations (continental breakfast/coffee on the bus)
• Noon Box lunches on the bus
• 1:00 Afternoon/evening shoot locations
• 6:00 Dinner at Hannagan Meadow Lodge dining room 
• 7:30 Critiques/photo discussion (in dining room or cabin)

Day Four

• 8:00 Breakfast at Hannagan Meadow Lodge dining room
• 9:00 Morning shoot in the meadow
• 10:00 Checkout/Depart for Phoenix
• Noon Lunch in Show Low
• 5:00 Arrive at Phoenix-area drop-off point
